What it is for
A small organisation usually meets its website through one of two problems. Either the site exists but nobody can change it without breaking something, or there is something new to launch and no site, no brand and no plan for telling people about it.
Empes Studio handles both. We treat a website as a working system rather than a brochure: the pages, the brand, the campaign that brings people in, and the forms, data and admin tools behind them.
What we do
- Website design and build. Fast static sites, designed for phones first and written in the client’s own words. Where something changes every week, such as league results or free places in a group, the client gets a small admin panel for that one job instead of a whole content management system to maintain.
- Brand identity. A name, a story, a palette with measured contrast, type, a logo and illustrations, kept in one place so the website and every creative use the same values.
- Launch and marketing campaigns. A strategy, a day-by-day schedule, the creatives for each channel (feed posts, stories, carousels, reels, print), the ad copy and the tracking, so it is clear afterwards what brought people in.
- The parts behind the page. Sign-up forms that store what was sent and walk the parent through each step, newsletters that wait for the organiser’s approval before they go out, score or booking entry for the people who run the place, and protection against spam.
- Moving off WordPress. Replacing an old site with a static one, keeping the URLs people already use and redirecting the ones that move, with a switch-over that can be rolled back.
How an engagement runs
The same three steps as every Empes engagement. First we understand the real situation: who visits, what they need to do, and who will look after the site afterwards. Then we simplify: fewer pages, fewer plugins, one source of truth for anything that changes. Then we build, check every page at phone and desktop widths, and hand over with documentation, so the client is not dependent on us for the next change.
Proof
Three projects, named with the clients’ agreement:
- Liga Astra: an amateur tennis league moved from WordPress, Google Sheets and embedded dashboards to a fast site, where tables and the club ranking follow every saved score.
- Tennis Spot: we built this tennis school’s original site in 2022, and came back in 2026 to move it to a new domain and replace WordPress with a static site the school asked for page by page.
- Na Polanie: name, brand, landing page, sign-up system and launch campaign for a Montessori preschool’s new room.
